Buffalo Wild Wings Grill and Bar in Butte

Ordered a to go order and arrive 5 minutes after it was supposed to be don't and it took an additional 15 minutes after that to get my order.

Great food and service

Food was good, wings are da bomb!! Service was lacking big time. I was all by myself and after the my initial order and receiving my food, I had to ask for everything. The waitress was doing a great job on the table right next to me.

Excellent food, nice shaded patio, and proper human spacing. The wait people are really nice.

I’m from out of town and normally don’t write reviews. I love Buffalo Wild Wings and I was extremely disappointed. The service was fantastic but the food was less than one star. The wings were okay and I also got the blue cheese burger. It was really good until, I found a gasket from a sink or something in my burger. Not sure how that even happens but definitely will not be going back while I’m here.

Great great service. Poor waitress was running to get us out in time for out movie! Just really expensive is my only complaint. The food is amazing.

Took over an hour to get food 2:15 on a Sunday afternoon. Not busy. Service was ok. Messed up order. Food was deep fried nasty. It's all just greasyness....one appetizer and 3 meals...just grease... won't be going to one ever again.

This B-Dubs is huge! Amazing views from the patio too. Service and wings are amazing! :)

Favorite place Danny and I go for hot wings, onion rings or a blue cheese burger and beer!!

Don't go here if you are hungry. Waiter dude dropped off water and never returned, so we left.

Good meat and prices

Waited just shy of an hour for a take out order while their computers were down. Not a big deal. Told them the name on the order after everyone around me had been helped and it had been ready the whole time. Probably going to give this place a break for a while. Disappointed to have my time wasted.

I personally think the wings are a little on the expensive side and a bit heavy on the salt. On the other hand, the Hot Thai Curry wings are really hard to beat!

Took forever to order and get food. Was well over an hour for lunch. Was not busy. Expensive also.

I don't like posting bad reviews, but sometimes it's just that bad. Dry over cooked wings, dirty beer glasses, and all around low quality food. The only thing good was the staff and their attitude, if not for them it would be a single star.

Food and service were awesome! We were greeted at the door with a smile and seated immediately. Even during the dinner rush the food came quickly.

I sat and waited 30 minutes and the lady never took my order she continued to help the people in the table next to me but never even stopped at my table

So I went here the other night, and they changed their whole menu. So with this change they took off one of my favorite items, mini Corn dogs.. I was pretty disappointed about this. However this place is still a great place to eat!

Nice location facing some of Montana's beautiful mountains and the customer service was exceptional which is very much appreciated when you're driving long distance from East Coast to the Pacific Northwest...

I've been to a number of locations throughout the state, the Butte location is a monstrosity. We came in at night, there was only 1 table of guests. We waited 30 minutes for drinks and even longer for food. This store needs to take serious consideration in finding new employees who make customer service as their first priority.

Nice open air seating. Food was great!

Just got done eating there. The service was terrible waited several minutes before we were seated and only checked on once. The hot wings were either raw or over cooked. The only thing that was up to par was the steak wrap. I usually don't complain about restaurants but, with the cost of the meal it should be eatable and get better service.

Decent food. Service is usually on par. Great for games and a couple drinks. Beer and liquor. Samplers feed a family well.

We normally like this place a lot. Our last visit was way below normal. There were 3 of us and one had too much sauce on his wings and the waitress offered to take them back and get another order done. The order never came back until the other 2 were finished eating. She brought the order to go. The other party was charged double and had to get the ticket fixed. When we told the manager, he said "oh well, hopefully your next visit will be better. "

Great food, but server was unmasked. The mask was worn on her chin. She was sweet and quick but I had to wonder what was going on in her head about risk of getting each other sick. We won’t be going back. This was my first time out since the mask mandate and first time to a eat in restaurant. We have been getting take out. As we were leaving, I noticed more staff and guests were maskless than when we entered. I left feeling exposed and unsafe. Am bummed because socially it was a good time and I really wanted to get out.

Last time I went there, it was definitely 5 stars. This time, I was served the traditional wings, except there was literally no sauce on them. They gave me some after I complained, but before the wings were covered in this delicious sauce...

Arrived with a group of 8 people and were seated. At least two other 20+ groups of people were seated after us and both groups received their food before us. I'm thinking the server forgot to put in our order until I complained and the manager offered 10% off while we continued to wait. It took 90 minutes to get our food and it was cold and not worth a 10 minute wait.

Food was good, services was a little slow. But in all every thing was good.

Quite a selection on menu. Wings are pretty good. Tacos mediocre. Cheese curds got my vote! (Thankyou granddaughter Addy Estes for letting me sample your curds.) Margaritas are outstanding. Staff was prompt and service was pretty good. Sports bar, and big screens galore! Definitely recommend.

Meka was the best server.And I love the nachos.

My only complaint is we were the first customers, and it took 40 minutes to get a salad and a wrap!!!

Great service. Fun, great veriaty of delicious wings, with a convenient way to decide what flavor(s) and lvl of spicey goodness you want on wings for ..bone and no bone, even have yummy side options I recommend you try them all! Lots of big screens for veriaty of games, and kid friendly channels on as well. Friendly service, convenient parking. Check out what their deal days/times are, I know wing days are beastly mmmmm

Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was fine.

If placing an order online, make sure it is before 8 p.m. We placed an order close to 8, they said order was being prepared and pickup in 20 minutes. All my information was given. Go to pickup, doors locked so I call and they informed me that the order was not placed because it came in after 8. It would have been nice to get a call so we didn't run to get it. It would also be nice if they update the information on their site.

2 hours to get our meal and eat. Food was like you could get at any fast food restraint. The only good thing was the cheesecake bites they were great.

Friendly staff, hot food and always great service here I would recommend any day.
